Do It Yourself Beef
A cost efficient way to obtain grass fed natural beef.
Grass fed beef is the most tender, lean beef you can get. And Dexters rate as one of the best if not the best of
all cattle breeds for taste and texture. We want to make it more cost effective for the small land owner who may not be capable
of raising beef for the long term. We have calves available for you to raise on your own property until they are 2 years
old. All you have to do is provide the grass/hay, mineral block, and water. About
one acre will support one Dexter since they are a smaller cow. If you have grass available on your property, this is
a great way to get grass fed all natural beef for about $2 per pound.
